We hope you’ll enjoy working at Space! Our most important guideline is to be respectful of the people around you and treat the space around you with care. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our house rules, or anything about Space, please feel free to ask us. We would love your feedback!
Cleanliness: Please leave workspaces and common areas as you found them. Always remember to push your chairs/stools in after you are done using them. In the kitchen clean up any messes made on counters and/or in the microwave. Place dishes in the dishwasher, not in the sink. Our staff will empty the dishwasher regularly. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building. Access: Members have 24/7/365 access to the space. If you are using the space after 6pm, on the weekends, or any time the Community Manager is not present, please keep the doors closed and be sure it is left closed behind you. Use your keycards to get into the building. Please do not use your keycard to allow non-members entry, access is intended for members only. Replacement key cards are $50. Guests: You are welcome to invite guests for short meetings of up to one hour, if they stay longer, we ask that they purchase a day pass. Guests must sign in upon arrival. Members must be present while guests are visiting the space. Guests and visitors are only permitted Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Spaces: Conference rooms must be booked in advance. If you need additional conference room hours, please update your booking through the portal or notify us. Members can book the conference room as it is available. Bookings are limited to a minimum of thirty minutes, and maximum of three hours per booking. Conference phones, and video chat programs are available for your use. The phone booths are first come first serve. Please be aware of others waiting to use the phone booth and try to limit your calls to a reasonable time. The quite area is near the secondary entrance. Please be sure to minimize your conversations- or keep them very hushed, and be sure to take phone calls elsewhere. To keep things fair and consistent for all members, please don’t put up signs, or posters on interior or exterior windows or walls! Printers: The printer/copier/scanner is available to use per your membership plan. If your laptop does not locate the printer automatically, please ask the Community Manager for the installer. The printer driver provides additional features not enabled without it. We reserve the right to charge for additional printing and copying (scanning is free of charge) beyond your allowed printing credits at the following rates: per black and white printed sheet and per colored printed sheet. Printing allocations do not roll over from month to month. Coffee: If you’d like to operate the brewer , please ask the Community Manager for guidance or refer to the instructions in the kitchen. Be Kind: Be kind and show respect to both members and visitors. Treat everyone around you the way you would like them to treat you. We are a community and would like to stay a kind, happy and positive one!
